Precious Agaga
Senior IT Systems Engineer
I build reliable infrastructure and automation for teams that can't afford outages. Right now that's at Cresta AI in Berlin.
I'm a German citizen and I've spent most of the last decade making sure systems stay up for teams that feel it when they don't. Cloud, identity, automation: that's the bulk of it. Today I'm at Cresta AI in Berlin. I'm interested in remote or hybrid roles where the problems are messy and the standards are high.
What I work on
A lot of it is boring in a good way: Terraform and pipelines on AWS, Okta and Azure AD done properly, Python or Bash when glue code is faster than a meeting. I've lost count of how many Slack workflows I've wired up so humans stop doing the same click ten times a week.
I've also run big Mac fleets (JAMF, Kandji, Intune) and wired SAML/OAuth into more SaaS tools than I can list. The theme is always the same: delete manual steps that only exist because nobody automated them yet.
Background
I started with Cisco Networking Academy in Nigeria, then moved to Germany and finished a B.Sc. in Business Informatics at TH Wildau, entirely in German. That mix (tech, business German, and just sticking with it) still shapes how I debug problems.
Along the way: HealthTech (Dr. Smile, Ada), energy (RWE), fintech (Trade Republic). Different pressures each time, which turns out to be useful when you land somewhere new.
Certifications
AWS Cloud Practitioner, Atlassian Certified Expert, Okta Certified Professional, Terraform and Vault Associate, CompTIA A+. English at C2, German at C1, so I can argue in both languages with docs to match.
